P-1: EIC Event Promotion - The Concept Message

THE CONCEPT MESSAGE

The Concept Poster is a contemporary design synthesis of the historical Object Poster, the Bauhaus Typo-Photo, and the Conceptual Image. It takes advantage of the relationship of word + image in visual messaging, but uses the communicative power of a conceptual image to capture the attention of the viewer and solicit interpretation of the message

EIC EVENT PROMOTION -

This project is to create both a print and web promotion announcing an upcoming event on campus which will explore the relationship of Bicycles, Economics and the Environment.

The presentation will be by the president of Bicycle Utah and will be held the middle of February.
Specific text and details will be forthcoming.

This class project's objective is to promote the event using conceptual imagery and text.

Each student will present their final promotion to a representative of the EIC Committee, who will select a design to promote the event.
